Ruhl of Inspection provides a variety of Home Inspection services; some that you may not have considered! Our goal is for you to understand the condition and workings of the home. We not only inspect all of the systems and the structure, we walk you through the specific working of the house with a goal to help you understand how to operate and maintain the specific systems in the home we are inspecting.
The most familiar inspection is most the Buyer's Home Inspection. This is the thorough inspection performed for the buyer before completing the home purchase. It lets the buyer know the condition of the most important (and costly!) aspects of the home they are considering. We let you know the aspects of the house that are terrific as well as those that may need maintenance now or in the near future. At Ruhl of Inspection, not only is this a very thorough inspection, it is designed to educate you about the critical systems of the home and how they work, not just the condition that they are in.
Often overlooked as a sales tool is the Seller's Pre-Listing Home Inspection. This inspection helps the seller understand the condition of the home and all of its systems, providing the opportunity to make any needed corrections before listing, or, in the happy event that the home is in stellar condition, documents that information that may be provided to potential buyers for a marketing edge!
Often buyers think that in buying a new home they can forgo an inspection. Not a good plan! Oversights can happen even with the most professional of builders. Make certain that your new home checks all of the boxes. One year in, it is also prudent to verify that all systems are still go!
That remodel is finally to the finish line! Not so fast. It makes sense to have it professionally inspected to see that nothing was missed from a safety perspective through all of the many decisions and enormous amounts of work.
To make certain the huge investment in your special home remains safe, consider an abbreviated annual inspection. Checklists are all good, but when do we get to them? Ruhl of Inspection can take that off of your hands.
Once the identified corrections have been made, it is a brief visit ti have Ruhl of Inspection come back to verify that all has been completed as agreed.
